Sign up for a private consultation:
Come and meet with one of our coaches for your introduction to COTH/CJP.
The private consultation only takes 30 miutes and it could be done before your first workout. During the consultation, we will find out about your goals, expectations and get you ready for your first workout. Get in contact with our staff by phone or email to make an appointment for the consultation.
Complete the COTH/CJP Foundations course:
Our Foundations course consists of three private sessions scheduled at your convenience and performed one-on-one with a coach. It is the most efficient way to start training at COTH/CJP, especially if you have never participated in a CrossFit program. During these three sessions, the coaches will cover basic movement and lifting techniques, mobility and flexibility exercises and discuss lifestyle changes needed to accomplish your goals. It is the launching pad to your COTH/CJP journey. Contact us to register.
Join the group classes and the community of COTH/CJP:
Once you have completed the private consultation and Foundations you can start taking group classes. For those who have CrossFit experience, you can take the COTH/CJP fitness test to skip Foundations. In the CrossFit classes you will be working out in a group atmosphere led by a certified coach. This is where you get to perform and have fun with other athletes. Working out in a group helps build camaraderie and motivate each other to work harder. Classes are one hour in length. CrossFit on the Hill members also have access to supervised open gym times where they can perform the workout of the day, work on skills and/or increase their strength. Train one on one with the COTH/CJP coaches:
COTH/CJP also offer semi-private and private training sessions that are tailored to your specific needs and accommodate
your schedule. Most people use these sessions to improve specific skills or lifting techniques, for injury rehab and kinesio tape, etc. Semi-private and private training is also ideal for athletes who prefer individualized attention or programming. Our team of coaches are passionate about
helping you overcome any specific challenges and achieve your fitness goals. Contact us for more information.
