I hope you are well. Just want to relay some news and let you in our coaches discussion. Thanks again for your support and staying consistent on your WODs during Christmas holidays.
First, we are looking to improve our morning class schedule. This is between 6am and 10am. We need you to help us with your feedback. Most of you come to the evening classes but think about; if you were to come to the am classes or someone that you know is interested to WOD in the morning. What will be the best time for you to WOD between 6am and 10am?
Second, we have a social media contest for the month of January. The member with the greatest number of check ins in January gets February free and a CrossFit on the Hill’s logo T-shirt. The contest guidelines are as follow:
- You need to be a member to participate.
- The member needs to use FourSquare app to check in while there are woding at CrossFit on the Hill, during class or open gym.
- To verify authenticity of the check in, the member needs to be-friend through FourSquare; at least one of the coaches Javy Caraballo, Jenna McGowan or Josh Gould.
- The FourSquare app should be link to your personal Twitter or Facebook account.
Lastly for every person you referred who joins in the month of January you will get $15 off your membership. You can use this referral cash for your February or March membership dues. Also, we will raffle a free month for any member who brings a guest during the month of January. So you can win either way Bring your friend for a free class and you can win big time. We only ask that you inform a coach with plenty of notice and to arrive with your guest 15 minutes before class.

I hope you are well. Merry Christmas to the CrossFit on the Hill community! I am grateful and celebrating all our accomplishments so far as a young box in Boston! It has been a great fall/winter season so far. I am super excited for 2013 as our box community grows, we get stronger and fitter.
During this holiday, please take time to rest and recover from your previous WODs. (Remember our holiday WOD party on 12/29/2012 at 5:30p! Everyone is invited!) Also, take a special time to enjoy the company of your loved ones and reach out to the ones who are far from you. A healthy body includes a healthy heart filled with good relationships and love for each other. I truly appreciate all of the CrossFit on the Hill members and everyone who follows the blog. I hope through this message you feel the love that Jenna, Josh and I have for all of you.
