10 Dumbell Clean and Jerk (50/35), 5 on each arm
10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)
12 Burpees
1 Suitcase Carry Lap
*Complete one full round, then switch. Both partners must complete 5 rounds.

Part B:

Bodybuilding:
3 Sets
10 Dumbbell Floor Press
10 Dumbell Curls
