Strength: (10 mins)

4×10 Barbell Stepback Lunge  AHAP (all at the same weight)

MetCon: (Cap 20 mins)

800m Run
100’ Bear Crawl (2x across the floor and back)
50 Push-ups

Today’s MetCon is like a twisted Triathlon.  For 2 long rounds you will complete a total of nearly 1 mile of running, 200 feet of Bear Crawling and 100 push-ups.
