Beginner:

Perform as many Pull-ups as possible
Advanced:
Re-Test: 3xME strict pull-ups

MetCon: (Cap 15 mins)

4 Rounds:
30 KB Swings (1.5/1pd)
20 Weighted Stepback Lunges (w/ KB)
10 Toes to Bar

It’s time to re-test our pull-up strength! If you have followed our program we should see improved results today. The Pull-up is an awesome exercise because your performance is directly related to your relative strength vs. your own bodyweight. Improvements in both body composition and strength will help you improve.
