Strength: (20 mins)

20 mins to establish 3RM Clean and Jerk (Floor to OH)

MetCon: (Cap 10 mins)

Sprint Chipper:
800m Run
15 Squat Cleans 155/115#
30 Push-ups

We begin class by practicing and strengthening one of the Olympic lifts, the Clean and Jerk. This lift is the heaviest of the two lifts and requires more overall strength throughout the whole body. In 20 minutes you’ll work your way up to a 3 repetition max.
