This is a wrap on our Gymnast Inversion Program. We hope you were able to advance you skill and strength. You probably realize now that it takes a good deal of time and practice to get better at these gymnastic movements. Make sure you take what you’ve learned, combine all 6 progressions, and keep practicing on your own.
